Happy Birthday Stephen!

This is Stephen's 1st birthday!
My little guy has grown so much! For Stephen's party we rented this awesome water slide for the back yard!

The kids loved it!

The coolest present of all, this amazing bed that Uncle Brian and grandma and grandpa made him!! Both boys LOVE it and I'm happy to report that Stevie slept the whole night in it on the first night! Victory! Look, he even smiles in his sleep!

We braved the heat and took the boys to a late afternoon zoo visit. They had this really cool exhibit going on. All the dino's roared and moved!

Road trip part deux!

Not another trip in the car!!
Ok the kids actually really enjoy our little roadtrips. We went back to Austin for yet another horse show.

The kids can find anything to play with in the hotel room!

Road trip!

The whole family took a little road trip to Austin for a horse show.
The kids were so excited to stay in a hotel room.
Stephen practiced his flying skills!
Jaxon practiced making phone calls and turning the tv on and off. And on. And off...

While I was at the horse show Dave took the guys to this really cool animal sanctuary for rescued animals

They got to get upclose and person to some really cool animals!

The Potter boys

The boys love wearing these glasses at grandma and grandpa's house So much so that grandma bought another pair. Stephen demonstrates his wand skills.

Happy 4th of July!

Stephen tried his hand at sparklers this year. He did great!
They sure don't make these things like they used to! We had our own fireworks display in the backyard (thanks Dave) so I was left with the cunundrum of what to take pics of. The kids reactions won.
Stephen wasn't too sure what to think.
