Guy time

Stephen went to the park with his dad, just the two of them.
I of course sent the camera with them.

They played on the slides

and went on the swings

other then that they're not talkin

Memorial BB-Q

We went over to grandma and grandpa's for a bbq, unfortunetly grandpa wasn't there so Stephen had to have a substitute lap in the big chair.
daddy did a good job

he's keeping your chair warm gramps...
Stephen and Phoebe tried to help Lucy in the slidding doors

she finally gave up...
and he had his first corn on the cob

and quickly learned

that it makes a great weapon

Play date

Stephen had a play date planned with his friend Baxter this weekend. He was so excited all day!

Baxter was too!

Stephen drove a tractor with Bob the builder
Drove Stewart Little around in a convertable

and played with lots of other fun stuff

Bed head

How can you have a bad day when you wake up to this?

Another busy weekend

Stephen and Fletcher are becoming good buds at the horse shows

they do everything together

totally by choice of course

Luckily daddy came out to give Fletcher a break

not for long though
Stephen took the golf cart for a spin!

and helped us pack up, he's so helpful!

Party time

Stephen went to a party Saturday night!

He saw lots of his friends from the horse shows

played with the big kids

recruited new babysitters
and said hello to the ladies

This is his stop following me around with the camera look

Learning to share

Stephen loves his grandma, he even shares his fingers with her.

Pudding

Stephen had pudding for the first time at grandma and grandpa's.
Pudding's good!

Who needs toys?

When you have a Phoebe!!
Notice Lucy sneaks right by.
With age comes wisdom.

Proof

So it seems there was some doubt from our loyal followers about Stephen actually crawling.

The nerve.

Flowers

Aunt Suzy and Uncle Moses sent us the most beautiful flowers for Mother's Day!

They even sent Stephen a cool box!
Thanks guys!!

What's this?!

That's right folks, he's crawling!
Let the fun begin!
(movies/more proof to come)

So inventive

Ok I know the blog is all about Stephen, but I couldn't pass up posting this.
Dave's come up with a new use for the tummy time pillow and lilypad!
(I'm pretty sure Stephen's trying not to be in the same picture)
After all, it is all about Stephen.

New Friend

Stephen has a new friend!
His name is Baxter and he and Stephen are the same age.
We went to the park together on Saturday.
Here they are deep in discussion.
Finally someone he can relate to.
Stephen's eye balling the swings in this one.
