Home for the holidays...

It has been awhile since Stephen has had time to update his blog. He's been very busy preparing for Christmas, but by the looks of it, it has really paid off!

Stephen met the big guy himself this weekend! Santa Clause!

The 1 hour long wait was almost unbearable!

It was well worth it though!!

He was a little stunned, I think it was all the anticipation. Or maybe it was the crowd?

Ahh sweet relief!

Stephen can sleep easy now, Santa told him he made the nice list!

While Stephen was busy meeting Santa, dad was home baking cookies.

Later, grandpa and grandma came over to show off their new truck.

I think it makes Stephen feel tough.

This weekend Stephen worked with me at the horse show, it was actually cold for once! I think he liked it.

Since it was so cold we spent a lot of time hanging out with Kelly at The Saddle Shop in her nice heated trailer.

I guess he was on break...

It was a long cold day, he was ready to leave.

Put down the camera and drive woman!!

It's 80 degrees here today so Stephen's sporting his shorts and his river rat onesie. (thanks Liz!)

Busy Busy

Stephen's had a very busy past couple of days! His aunt Kaitlyn and uncle Paul (Dave's sister and brother) came all the way from Virginia to meet him! He had such a great time with them!

He went to the art car museum

He went to the contemporary museum

He went to Central Market

He went to the Asian market where aunt Kaitlyn posed with the Geoduc (gooey duck) I think Stephen was a little afraid

They played together, Stephen was so happy when they got on the floor and joined him in some tummy time!

He even learned to work the camera and took a self portrait of us

Then we all decorated the Christmas tree together!

Stephen helped everyone put ornaments on the tree

He had to stop and pose for pictures with mom and dad of course
And then with the Hoover clan
Even Phoebe got into the Christmas spirit

Lucy was checking for presents under the tree (she's a little early)
